ITINERARY
Day 1 (Monday) TEL AVIV
Arrival at Ben Gurion airport. Transfer to Tel Aviv. Accommodation.
Day 2 (Tuesday) TEL AVIV
Hotel and breakfast. Departure to Joppa to visit the Artists’ Quarter and the Monastery of San Pedro. Continue for a panoramic tour of the main points of interest in the city: Dizengoff Street, Palace of Culture, Tel Aviv Museum, Yitzhak Rabin Square, Carmel Market, and visit the Diaspora Museum. Free afternoon.
Day 3 (Wednesday) TEL AVIV-GALILEE
Breakfast. Departure for Caesarea to visit the Roman theater, the Crusader City and the Aqueduct. Continuation to Haifa to visit the Bahai Sanctuary and the Persian Gardens. Panoramic view from the top of Mount Carmel and visit to the Carmelite Monastery. We continue to San Juan de Acre to appreciate the medieval fortifications and continue to the city of the Kabbalah, Safed with its Jewish mysticism. Visit a Synagogue. We will continue the journey through the mountains of Galilee until we reach the Kibbutz. Accommodation.
Day 4 (Thursday) GALILEE-JERUSALEM
Breakfast. After visiting the facilities of the Kibbutz, departure to the Mount of Beatitudes, place of the Sermon on the Mount, and we headed for Tabgha, place of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes. Continuation to Capernaum to visit the old synagogue and the house of San Pedro. Via Tiberias we will head towards the area of Yardenit, where Jesus was baptized. Continuation to Nazareth to visit the Basilica, carpentry and the source of the Virgin. Through the Jordan Valley and crossing the Judean Desert we will arrive at Jerusalem. Accommodation.
Day 5 (Friday) JERUSALEM-BELEN-JERUSALEM
Breakfast. Departure to the Mount of Olives, for a panoramic view of the city. We will continue towards the Garden of Gethsemane, to see the Basilica of the Agony. Visit to the Israel Museum, where the Shrine of the Book and the Model of Jerusalem from the time of Jesus are located. Continuation to also visit the Holocaust Museum. In the afternoon departure to Bethlehem to visit the Basilica of the Nativity, the Grotto of San Jerónimo and the Church of Santa Catalina. I return to Jerusalem. Accommodation.
Day 6 (Saturday) JERUSALEM
Hotel and breakfast. Departure to Mount Zion to visit the Tomb of King David, the Cenacle and the Abbey of the Dormition. We will continue to the old city to tour the 14 stations of the Via Dolorosa, visiting the Church of the Flagellation, the Chapel of Condemnation, Calvary and the Holy Sepulchre. We will continue through the Jewish Quarter and the Roman Cardo to the Museum of the Citadel of David. Then we will go to the new city for a panoramic visit of the main points of interest: the Knesset (Parliament), the Presidential Residence, the Municipal Theater. We will continue to Ein Karem to visit the birthplace of Saint John the Baptist and end with a visit to the Wailing Wall.
Day 7° (Sunday) JERUSALEM
Hotel and breakfast. Free day for optional excursions to Massada and the Dead Sea.
Day 8 (Monday) JERUSALEM
Breakfast and transfer to Ben Gurion airport. End of services.
